Tanya encourages you to "work with what you've got", will guide you to feel your way into safe movement & postures, finding expansion, space and hopefully a little more physical freedom in your body, and peace in your heart and mind. You will be challenged, definitely, you'll also get to rest, recover, laugh and smile. Her embodied approach will leave you to feeling great about yourself, and discover your fabulousflow! With an incredible experiential understanding of biomechanics, she uses her skill as a movement reader, to bring out the best in students, giving them examples to imagine, corrections that work and the confidence to fall or fly!

A 6 weeks course for BEGINNERS - IMPROVERS to continue building a safe, confident practice!

This is the perfect continuation and a natural follow up to the 6 weeks Beginners Course.

Ideal for those getting back into their practice after a lapse or simply wanting to revisit or brush up on the basics, and anyone who really wants to get the best out of every yoga class.

* Practice the 12 key postures
* Improve alignment, core stability, strength & flexibility
* Discover variations of the 12 key postures including modifications suited to your body
* Explore balances, forward & backbends, a systematic approach to preparations for inversions such as headstand
* Learn Nadi Shodhana Pranayama: breathing exercise to calm the mind, purify the body & harmonise the nervous system.
* Follow relaxations techniques for body, mind & spirit

A progressive, informative yoga course with step by step instruction, in a friendly, supportive group environment.
