Description
A slower (but not necessarily less strong), mindful flowing yoga practice, to enhance body & mind awareness
Breathe, realign, strengthen, stretch.
Improving mental & physical wellbeing through sequences of postures and breathing.
Asanas (postures) are presented in a sequence flowing one to the next. The practice focuses on aligning breath & intention with movement, making a meditative, full body practice possible.
Pranayama (breathing techniques) + either relaxation or meditation will be led in these sessions
Inversions are practiced (alternatives are also offered)
Ideally you'll be familiar with the basics
Uncomplicated sequences, mean beginners to intermediate practitioners will benefit and enjoy these sessions
