Description
All welcome in these Beginner's Flow & Fundamentals classes!
A fantastic Sunday morning “starter”
Complete Beginners will benefit from an "un-rushed" pace, with time to safely get into & out of simplified variations of the Yoga Postures.
More experienced practitioners will experience a "stronger practice" with longer holds.
In these uncomplicated sessions, we build up towards a flowing yoga practice, where aligning breath & intention with movement, makes a meditative, full body practice possible.
Perfect for those wanting to feel their way physically & mindfully into their practice
A 4 session cycle of classes
You are welcome to come to 1 session, or experience all 4 that build up into a flow class.
