Highly experienced teacher in somatic movement, Yoga, dance and expression. Tanya encourages you to "work with what you've got", will guide you to feel your way into safe movement & postures, finding expansion, space and hopefully a little more physical freedom in your body, and peace in your heart and mind.
You will be challenged, definitely, you'll also get to rest, recover, laugh and smile. Her embodied approach will leave you to feeling great about yourself, and discover your fabulousflow!
With an incredible experiential understanding of biomechanics, she uses her skill as a movement reader, to bring out the best in students, giving them examples to imagine, corrections that work and the confidence to fall or fly!

💫 Hatha yoga asanas are practiced in a fluid sequence, with focus on breath and alignment. It can be very meditative, it can also be, invigorating
💫 An invigorating yoga series, that will listen to the weather, the environment, changes and general needs that arrive each week
MOVE - BREATHE and RELAX IN AN ACTIVE, YET NURTURING WAY
💫 energising yet calm.
Lots of familiar postures with demonstration and instruction, allowing you to work at a calm, steady pace, reconnecting to body and mind
💫 Each session concludes with relaxation and/or seated meditation
💫 Open level - mixed abilities
{Beginners are advised to start in the Hatha BKS or GENTLE series}
BRING YOUR OWN MAT and any equipment you prefer to practice with

When purchasing a term or series of yoga, you will be provided a place in that class for the duration of the 12 wk term or 6 wk series.
Once the term/series has commenced, participants may swap to an alternative class within the 12/6 weeks validity period, when arranged in advance.
Class bookings may be cancelled/changed, via your momoyoga account, no less than 8 hours before the start of the class.
Regrettably there are no refunds for missed classes or late cancellations.
