Also, ideal for those getting back into their practice after a lapse or simply wanting to revisit or brush up on the basics, and anyone who really wants to get the best out of every yoga class.

* Improve alignment, core stability, strength & flexibility
* Discover variations of the 12 key postures including modifications suited to your body
* Explore balances, forward & backbends, a systematic approach to preparations for inversions such as headstand
* Learn Nadi Shodhana Pranayama: breathing exercise to calm the mind, purify the body & harmonise the nervous system.
