* Followed by breath practice to prepare you for an accessible, guided, Mantra based Meditation

🌏 Classic 12-key practice that prepares and takes you on a journey of opening up your body.

🌏 Breathing practices, mantra, mudra, meditation & relaxation will be woven in to develop & integrate your practice.

🌏 Steady, calm pace.
A general level, mixed abilities class, where you are encouraged to practice at your level of the posture.

🌏 Recharge your energy, rejuvenate your body & mind. Leave feeling inspired, refreshed and peaceful!

If you are completely new to Yoga, or if it's been a long time, WHY NOT start with HATHA REPAIR on Sunday morning, or HATHA 1 on Wednesday evening
