4 WEEK CYCLE OF CLASSES

Hatha Yoga asanas are linked into "flows" with focus on the breath and alignment. It can be very meditative, it can also be challenging.

An "energising yet calm" class, for those who prefer an uncomplicated practice, a gentle to moderate pace, with time to work with what you've got.

Hatha Flow: aims to have less wrist & shoulder work, than the Vinyasa Flow classes, plus a steadier, calmer pace & less complicated transitions.

Warming outdoor Yoga, on the grass.

For those who need a little more outdoor time.
An open level class. Expertise NOT required.
You will be warmly welcomed, in these uncomplicated, open-hearted, friendly, outdoor sessions held throughout the warmer months (May - October)

BYO Mat or earth yourself on the grass.

Single sessions & drop in welcome ;-)



DIRECTIONS: There are entrances on St Claire Drive, Sparrow Farm Road, Sandringham Road & Bridgewood Road, follow the main path we are positioned in the centre of the park.

If you are parking or walking through the car park entrance on Sandringham Road KT4 8XW follow the path, up the hill... First you'll pass the playground and then the outdoor gym equipment on your left... keep walking up.

If you are walking from 51 Sparrow Farm Road, Epsom KT17 2LR, follow down the path.

You'll see a quiet clearing where the ground levels out, and 3 trees grouped together.
Part sun & part shade. That's where we'll be ;-)

* We've moved outdoors, for the summer :-)
Same fantastic mid-week "pick-me-up", perfect for those working locally or from home in & around Worcester Park!

A mixed levels class, where you are encouraged to stay at your level of the pose as more advancing levels are offered. (Expect the odd, flowing yoga class)

With regular practice you will soon notice old aches and pains easing, you will become stronger, more flexible and better at dealing with stress.

Leave feeling opened up, untangled, centred, grounded, with clarity of thought and calm focus!

Breath centred, alignment based Yoga. No chaturanga or complicated transitions.

Expect deep, releasing asana, strong, yet gentle Yang style practice opening... Calmer, restorative towards the end of the session.
