A FEW THINGS TO NOTE ABOUT THE LIVE SHALA GARDEN SESSIONS 🌞:
Please BRING YOUR YOGA MAT to practice on + BLOCKS/BELTS if you prefer to use them.
The SHALA🏡 GARDEN 🌻, although, fairly flat, has a little un-even ground, not unlike the park, be prepared. There are 2 CATS 🐈🐈who wander freely & although unlikely, they may lovingly interrupt your practice. The garden has been planted with bee 🐝 & butterfly 🦋 friendly plants, this may also interrupt your practice. Please do advise, in advance of any precautions you may need to take.
☔️ In the case of rain or bad weather, the session will run IN*STUDIO & also ON*LINE via zoom

💫 Practice a healthy, safe, strengthening & balancing series of yoga postures. Modifications provided, accessible even to those who are overly tight or in-flexible, returning from injury, illness or a long period of in-activity.
💫 Special attention to your Back, Knees, Shoulders & Core
💫 Whether you're newer to the mat, or an established practitioner, these inclusive, modified, well balanced HATHA YOGA classes are suitable for all, including Beginners, Experienced, Oldies, Newbies, Fit & Un-fit
This series is great if you are:

MOVE - BREATHE and RELAX IN AN ACTIVE, YET NURTURING WAY
🐝 Level 1-2 class. Lots of familiar postures, with demonstration and instruction, allowing you to work at a calm, steady pace, reconnecting to body and mind
🐝 Each session concludes with relaxation and/or seated meditation
🐝 An "energising yet calm" series, for those who prefer an uncomplicated practice, moderate pace, with time to work with what you've got.

A FEW THINGS TO NOTE ABOUT THE LIVE SHALA GARDEN SESSIONS 🌞:
Please BRING YOUR YOGA MAT to practice on + BLOCKS/BELTS if you prefer to use them.
The SHALA🏡 GARDEN 🌻, although, fairly flat, has a little un-even ground, not unlike the park, be prepared. There are 2 CATS 🐈🐈who wander freely & although unlikely, they may lovingly interrupt your practice. The garden has been planted with bee 🐝 & butterfly 🦋 friendly plants, this may also interrupt your practice. Please do advise, in advance of any precautions you may need to take.
☔️ In the case of rain or bad weather, the session will run IN*STUDIO & also ON*LINE via zoom
The SHALA & GARDEN are in a quiet residential cul-de-sac, kindly arrive & leave with respect to our very, very friendly neighbours & their families.
There are shelves by the entrance to place your shoes & bags.

💞 The aim of these intimate, small group classes is to empower you to listen to your changing body, and to guide you to feeling healthy, strong and supple as your pregnancy progresses.
💞 Practicing simple, yet strengthening yoga postures, calming and centring pranayama (breath work) and guided meditation or deep relaxation.
💞 Suitable from 12 weeks to birth + from 6 weeks postpartum (check first with yr Dr)
💞 This "women's wellness series" is suitable for all who identify as women, all ages, navigating changing hormones, changing periods of life, creating space, promoting strength, suppleness, positivity and wellbeing

When purchasing a course (series) of yoga, you will be provided a place in that class for the duration of the 6 week series.
Once the series has commenced, participants may swap to an alternative appropriate class within the 6 week validity period, when arranged in advance (ideally, not less than 24 hours in advance, in practical terms, you may change your class via your account up to 10 hours in advance).
Please ask your teacher for advice on an appropriate 💞 alternative class.
Regrettably there are no refunds for missed classes or late cancellations.
