These "later evening" sessions open with a fluid, dynamic, energising strengthening and stabilising practice ("Yang").
The second half, winds-down into a calmer, slower, deeper floor practice with longer held ("Yin") postures, moving you towards greater "stillness".
Bringing an overall balance and harmony to your practice.

MOVE - BREATHE and RELAX IN AN ACTIVE, YET NURTURING WAY
