Hatha Yoga asanas are place in a fluid sequence, with focus on breath and alignment. It can be very meditative, it can also be challenging.

A slower, mindful "vinyasa flavoured" practice.

An all-levels class, knowledge of the basics are assumed (so some experience is suggested).

This practice builds up to an optional "king pigeon pose", or enjoy a deep hip stretch in "sleeping swan"

Also, an accessible inversion, using yoga bricks.

We suggest 2-4 yoga bricks/blocks for this practice or a stack of tightly folded towels
