The purpose of this series is to help you through the rough times of grief. Your grief will be embraced when you create a safe space for yourself to mourn. Learning to make peace with your pain with every breath. You can choose from a variety of yoga styles based on your energy, including gentle hatha, mindful meditation, introspective yin, and slow flow. Through mindful breathing, these classes are intended to help you move stuck or blocked energy throughout your body and connect with your spiritual side.
