[Mindful Selfcare Yoga] Gentle Yoga to Slow Down into Stillness Free

You will practice 90% of this gentle-mellow yoga class on the floor to create a sense of slowing down, pause, and grounding yourself as you transition through life's events and reflect on yourself. Change your focus from giving to receiving! Start with a grounding breathing practice and a body scan to stop overstimulation and allow yourself to relax fully. Afterwards, supine twists, hip stretches, seated forward folds, and twists are performed to relieve tension on the spine, hips, and legs. A guided breathing meditation concludes the class.

PROPS RECOMMENDED: blocks, blanket, strap, anything that would support you throughout the practice.
