[Mindful Selfcare Yoga] Moon Salutations Flow

Some yoga sequences build heat and energy, while others calm the mind and body. A moon salutation cools the body and calms the mind.
Moon salutations (Chandra Namaskar) are yoga poses that calm the central nervous system and prepare the body for rest. This sequence consists of low-impact asanas (poses) such as mountain pose, goddess pose, low and lateral lunges, pyramid pose, and triangle pose. Yoga originated from the ancient Indian language Sanskrit, where Chandra means "moon" and Namaskar means "salutation."
