[Mindful Selfcare Yoga] Hip Mobility

It is a gentle 30 minute flow-based class that aims to increase awareness, strength, and mobility of weak and/or tight hip joints. Strengthening poses will be combined with deep stretches to create a stronger, more balanced body. Modifications are given throughout. PROPS RECOMMENDED: anything that would support you throughout the practice.
