Carol is an E-RYT 200 yoga teacher with six years of teaching experience in the Kitchener-Waterloo area. Her teaching is grounded in the belief that yoga is an opportunity to listen, explore, and reconnect with the body rather than strive for perfection. Her classes blend mindful movement, mobility, functional strength, myofascial release, breathwork, and restorative practices. She encourages students to move with curiosity and intention, creating space to explore what feels good, release tension, and develop greater strength, ease, and body awareness. Whether moving through a purposeful flow or settling into stillness, Carol’s approach is welcoming, accessible, and rooted in the idea that there is no single “right” way to practice. Her hope is that students leave class feeling a little more connected, grounded, and at home in their bodies.

Description

A gentle, deeply relaxing practice combining myofascial release (MFR) with restorative yoga. Using simple props, we’ll ease tension and invite greater freedom of movement before settling into supportive, restful poses.

Expect slow movement, mindful breathwork, and plenty of space to soften, release, and reconnect with your body. This class invites you to slow down, soften, and settle in—leaving you feeling grounded, relaxed, and restored.
