Chantal Cuomo
Chantal began her yoga journey in 2008, drawn to the sense of calm and clarity it offered amidst a demanding, high-stress career. After 15 years in that environment, she made the life-changing decision to prioritize her health and well-being—committing fully to a daily practice of yoga and meditation.
That commitment brought her back to her breath, back to stillness, and back to herself. Through mindful movement, meditation, and breathwork, she discovered not only healing but a deeper purpose: to support others in finding greater grounding, peace, and strength within themselves. In 2022, Plant Peace Yoga was born to hold space in-person, and virtually.
Chantal is a registered yoga teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance and has additional training in meditation, restorative yoga, and yoga Nidra. Her classes are creative, inclusive, and thoughtfully designed, often incorporating music and props, to make the practice accessible and enjoyable for all levels.
Whether you're looking to reduce stress, build strength, or simply reconnect with yourself, Chantal creates a welcoming space to explore your practice with compassion and curiosity

Hi love, I’m Kira,
A yoga teacher, tantrika, and guide devoted to awakening the sacred feminine within.
I create sacred women’s circles, offer embodied 1:1 guidance, and hold devotional spaces where women can soften, land, and return to the wisdom of their bodies.
My work weaves gentle movement, storytelling, intuitive ritual, breath, and feminine embodiment - a sanctuary for women to feel, unfold, and come home to their inner rose.
A space of deep remembrance where you are held in devotion.
Description
A gentle midday gathering in sisterhood - a space to soften, land, and breathe into your feminine essence. This weekly meditation is a rose-infused journey inward: slowing down, tuning into your body, and listening to the soft whispers within.
Through breath, visualization, embodied stillness, and gentle movement, we open the petals of the heart and womb, returning to your inner rose and remembering the sacredness that lives inside you
A sanctuary to be held, to be seen, and to reconnect with your inner beauty and devotion

Description
An embodied dance practice devoted to feminine expression. Using scarves and ribbons as extensions of the body, we move through soft, spiral and wave-like motion - exploring and expressing folds and the emotions held within our bodies. We use movement to tell a story about our femininity beyond the use of words.
We use dance to explore sensation, embodiment, sensuality, feeling, reflection, and the exquisite majesty of just being where movement becomes sacred story-telling.
