Ashley's goal is to have you feeling encouraged, loved and
free to be yourself on and off your mat.

This style may move a bit more than a Slow Flow class, but is still
adaptable to all levels. Please be encouraged to do what works for
you. Props encouraged!

All levels welcome. Please let your instructor know if you have any injuries or illnesses, and always be encouraged and mindful to practice within your own healthy boundaries (honor your body's brilliant limitations, and ask questions if you're ever unsure).
