Description

Stretch, reconnect, and reset your nervous system to feel fully present. During this 80min session, you will be giuided through a balancing and grounding series of hatha yoga asanas and pranayama as well as shunya inspired meditation.

An inclusive class designed to cultivate and refine body-mind balance.

• please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in
• wear comfortable clothing that allows free movement
• mats are available at the studio, though you’re welcome to bring your own
• if you have any limiting health concerns, please let me know before class
