Experience your Sunday morning with an energizing pranayama practice following a back-focused asana series outdoors.

This is a beginner-friendly yoga class that also offers depth for more experienced practitioners.

• please bring your own yoga or gymnastics mat and any props you may need
• wear comfortable clothing that allows free movement and provides warmth, as the morning hours can still be a bit chilly
• class may be canceled due to rain- if so, you’ll be notified by 8:30am
• if you have any limiting health concerns, please let me know before class

Stretch, reconnect, and reset your nervous system to feel fully present. During this 80min Yoga session, you will be giuided through a balancing and grounding series of hatha yoga asanas and pranayama as well as shunya inspired meditation.
