Description
We start this class with the 5 Tibetans, otherwise known as the fountain of youth. This body warming series will allow us to jump right into some Mat Pilates exercises that work the entire core - from your knees to your elbows. From here, we work our way into yoga asanas, taking the awareness of our core we just engaged into our yoga practice. We eventually wind down, finishing with a super nourishing shavasana and deep relaxation. My goal is for you to leave this class feeling you’ve worked hard, stretched it all out, and then integrated all that Prana (life force), positive effort and blood flow into your body to serve your highest good.
