You will find this 60 minute class physically challenging as it strengthens and elongates the muscles and improves posture along with many other benefits. Starting out with a gentle warm up and Sun Salutations followed by a flow of standing/balance poses with transitions as we flow with the breath. This will lead you to a series of poses with you seated, on your stomach, and on your back while ending with shavasana, the final relaxation pose.

* It is important to be aware of your own limitations and modify/skip movements or poses as needed during the class.
