11 spots (🥤Bring some water to class so you stay hydrated.)
👉 BOOK AT LEAST 2-3 hours BEFORE START TIME or CLASS IS CANCELED.

This dynamic class combines the strength of weight training with the balance and focus of yoga for a full body toning and sculpting workout. Beginning with mini band movements and ab exercises, we move into practicing some of your favorite standing and single leg balancing yoga poses with 3-5 lbs dumbbells. (Must provide your own weights)
(WEIGHTS OPTIONAL)
NOTE: It is important to have a good foundation and alignment along with body stability in all the poses while slowly controlling the movements with your weights (or no weights). It is important to be aware of your own limitations and modify/skip movements or poses as needed during the class.
