Focusing on poses that fit our bodies, modifications, and learning to listen to our bodies as starting with a traditional warm up followed by a standing poses then moving to the floor for prone, seated, and supine poses on the mat. We will finish our practice with Shavasana.
**It is important to be aware of your own limitations and modify/skip movements or poses as needed during the class.
