Description
Yoga was traditionally taught by one teacher directly to one student. The ancient yoga teachers understood the importance of individualizing each yoga experience to meet the needs of the individual student.
A One on One Yoga Session will allow for a more intimate view into your practice. You can start a new practice, deepen your current practice or spend some time working with a specific goal or concern in mind. It allows you to learn and improve your technique in a more convenient and easy-going environment.
The 60 min session will give you individualized teachings, stopping when you need to stop, explaining when you have a question, and changing course when necessary.
