This class focuses on finding poses that suit your unique body, exploring modifications, and learning to truly listen to yourself. We’ll begin with a traditional warm-up, move through a sequence of standing poses, and then transition to the mat for prone, seated, and supine poses. We’ll end our practice with a calming Shavasana.
It’s important to honor your own limits—feel free to modify or skip any movement or pose as needed throughout the class, and always follow any guidance or restrictions provided by your physician.
