This dynamic class blends the strength of weight training with the balance and focus of yoga, offering a full-body toning and sculpting workout. We begin with mini band movements and core-focused exercises, then transition into some of your favorite standing and single-leg balancing yoga poses—enhanced with 3–5 lb dumbbells. (Please bring your own weights.)
Weights are optional.
Note: A strong foundation, proper alignment, and body stability are essential. Movements should be slow and controlled, whether using weights or not. Always listen to your body—modify or skip any movements or poses as needed throughout the class, and always follow any guidance or restrictions provided by your physician.
