This class offers a physical challenge as it strengthens and lengthens your muscles, improves posture, and provides numerous other benefits. You'll begin with a gentle warm-up and Sun Salutations, followed by a flowing sequence of standing and balance poses with smooth transitions. The class then moves into a series of seated, prone, and supine poses, ending in a restful savasana
