This class engages both the mind and body through a blend of Hatha and Yin Yoga. We begin with a traditional warm-up and move into a series of standing poses, flowing with the breath—without vinyasas or dynamic transitions—to build strength and improve posture. In the second half of class, we shift into stillness with primarily seated postures held passively and statically to calm the mind and release tension. The practice concludes with a restful Shavasana.
Please remember to honor your body—modify or skip any movements or poses as needed throughout the class, and always follow any guidance or restrictions provided by your physician.
