Description
This style of yoga targets the connective tissue ( fascia, ligaments, tendons, bones). This class is mostly made up of passive poses mainly on the mat which are held from 1-5 minutes as you allow gravity to do all the work for you, and ending with shavasana, a final relaxation pose. The longer holds are perfect to meditate and slow your mind down. Some of the benefits of Yin are improves range of motion, calms the mind and body, and reduces stress and anxiety. **Workout before not after Yin,** (60min)
