Description

This style of yoga targets the connective tissue ( fascia, ligaments, tendons, bones). This class is mostly made up of passive poses mainly on the mat which are held from 1-5 minutes as you allow gravity to do all the work for you after you find your edge. The longer holds are perfect to meditate and slow your mind down. Each class is ended with a shavasana, final relaxation pose. Some of the benefits of Yin are improved range of motion, calms the mind and body, and reduces stress and anxiety. **Workout out before not after Yin.** (60 min)
