Description
This 60 minute class starts out with a gentle warm up and Sun Salutations followed by a sequence of standing/balance poses with transitions as we flow with the breath. This will lead you to a series of poses with you seated, on your stomach, and on your back while ending with you soaking up all the benefits in shavasana, the final relaxation pose. You will find this physically challenging class will strengthen and elongate the muscles and improve posture along with many other benefits.
