Description
Engaging the mind and body with a combination of Hatha and Yin Yoga. We begin with a spinal warm up, Sun Salutations and a “flow” of movement with our breath during a standing series with no transitions with a focus on balance, strength, & concentration. The second half of class, we move into calming the mind and body with mainly seated postures with longer, passive holds as you finish your practice in Shavasana, a final relaxation pose. This class is 60 minutes.
