Description
Focusing on poses that fit our bodies, modifications, and learning to listen to our bodies as starting with a spinal warm up, Sun Salutations moving to standing poses then moving to active or passive floor poses on the mat. We will finish our practice with Shavasana, the final resting pose. (Relaxation and Breathing Techniques.) (12)
