Description

You will find this 60 minute class physically challenging as it strengthens and elongates the muscles and improves posture along with many other benefits. Starting out with a traditional warm up followed by a sequence of standing/balance poses with vinyasas /transitions as we flow with the breath. This will lead you to a series of poses: prone, seated, and supine and ending your practice with shavasana. (12)
