(WEIGHTS OPTIONAL)
A challenging, higher intensity class to tone, strengthen and balance the body. We start with a warm up followed abs/mini bands then adding weights (or no weights) in a sequence of standing/balance poses with vinyasa flows (transitions). This will lead you to a series of poses were you are seated, on your stomach, and on your back while ending with shavasana. (Must provide your own weights)

Note: It is important to have a good foundation and alignment along with body stability in all the poses while slowly controlling the movements with your weights (or no weights). It is important to be aware of your own limitations and modify/skip movements or poses as needed during the class.
