Description
Come and dance only fridaynight as a start of your weekend!
A workshop about resilience, dignity and direction
How do we navigate in this challenging times?
How do we connect to our dignity when we feel restricted?
How do treat ourselves te be ably tune in with our inner compass?
This weekend we’ll take the radical step to put ourselves first. So we have much more to offer to the world.
This ONLINE workshop we spend time together in the intimacy of our own homes. We’ll dance, meditate and do simple yoga exercises to nourish ourselves.
We’ll take time to soften our hearts and find our real strengths.
In these chaotic times we deeply need our inner power to hold our ground and keep the connection to our inner compass.
In that way we can embrace ourselves and others with a warm heart.
