Description
This class is focused on you, the mama, an hour to invest in your wellbeing and spend quality time with your baby. A time to connect, breathe and move.
The class will focus on strengthening the body, support healing and connection to the body. We will use safe exercises to build core strength, strengthen the pelvic floor and use breathing techniques to soothe the nervous system.
You will meet with other mums, build your village, have fun and enjoy an hour that will build resilience and balance, both physically and emotionally.
