I took my first yoga class to release hip pain from spending hours in front of the computer and found that it not only helped relieve aches and pains, but it also helped me to connect with my inner self and approach life differently. Over time, yoga taught me to accept uncomfortable situations andto become comfortable with them. For example, in an unpleasant posture or position, controlling our breathing and not using resistance to hold it, lead us to embrace it positively. I attained the Yoga Alliance RYS 200 hours Teacher Training and started teaching Hatha and Vinyasa styles for all levels. My classes are focused on positive change in the body and mind by developing flexibility and strength, building up your confidence with emphasis on working at your own pace, listening to your body, being present in the moment and simply enjoying movement.

Description

Join Sam for a class that will recharge and refuel you. Begin with breath awareness and slowly moving through your body. The class flows between postures at a slow and deliberate pace. You’ll have space in each to stay connected to your breath, whilst strengthening your body and cardiovascular system. A slow cool down and relaxation to finish

In light of Covid-19: Class size is limited to insure social distancing. Pre booking and pre paying are required. Please bring your own mat. Wear layers or bring a blanket. Arrive early if you can. Please wear a mask until you get onto your mat, and again when exiting the building.
