Suzanne Taliano is the kind of teacher who brings peace into a room without ever needing to say a word. Her smile lights up the space, and her presence is calm, grounding, and quietly powerful. Her journey began when she first stepped into a Bikram Yoga studio and fell in love with the feeling of strength, detoxification, and aliveness that came from an intense, committed practice. After years of showing up on the mat, Suzanne discovered Baptiste Power Yoga and felt something shift even deeper. What started as physical began to transform from the inside out, sparking a curiosity that led her to complete her first Yoga Teacher Training in 2007. After finishing her training, Suzanne opened a private studio and never turned back. Teaching has given her more than she could have imagined, and she continues to learn every day as she watches her students grow, evolve, and become more confident in their own bodies and lives. With a well educated foundation in yoga and a deep respect for the practice, Suzanne guides with wisdom, warmth, and thoughtful attention to alignment, breath, and the inner experience. Her classes feel steady, intelligent, and beautifully human. Suzanne is an E RYT 500 yoga teacher and a C IAYT yoga therapist, with advanced training through Integrated Yoga Therapy. She offers private yoga sessions and therapeutic focused support for those seeking a more personalized path in their practice. It is truly an honor and a privilege to welcome Suzanne into our Sanctuary family. We are deeply grateful for her heart, her knowledge, and the light she brings to this space.

Description

This infrared heated Vinyasa flow is exactly what it sounds like: a strong, joyful, full body practice designed to build heat, invite sweat, and leave you feeling blissfully spent.

Suzanne guides approximately 45 minutes of creative, intelligently sequenced flow that builds strength, mobility, and energy, followed by about 15 minutes of slow, deep stretching and rest to help the body fully unwind and reset.

Infrared heat gently supports circulation and muscle release, allowing you to work deeply while staying connected to breath and sensation. Expect movement that is challenging but accessible, playful without being rushed, and grounded in presence.

This class is open to all levels and welcomes you to show up exactly as you are.
