VINYASA FLOW

Vinyasa Flow is an energizing class, focused on getting the body and the blood moving, to warm up the muscles so that we can increase flexibility and strength. The awareness will lie on the breath which helps create stillness in the mind. We will flow from pose to pose, with a few balancing postures as well as a bit of core work included. The only thing that matters is how it feels for you, not what it looks like or what anyone else is doing.

RESTORATIVE YOGA

Restorative yoga is slow paced, postures are held for 5-10 minutes each. The focus is on being comfortable and relaxed the whole time. The poses puts little strain on the body and work wonders by slowly realigning the spine and muscles in to a more natural position, than for example sitting in front of a computer is. When we teach our body how to relax in restorative yoga we can use that knowledge to help us fall asleep easier or to calm down in stressful situations.

Suitable for: all levels & age groups – especially beginners & anyone with anxiety or physical obstacles
