Description

Yin Yoga is a slower more relaxed style of yoga where postures are held for 3 minutes or more.  Yin is intended to stretch the deeper layers of connective tissue and fascia helping to increase overall flexibility.  The practitioner is encouraged to relax into each posture whilst focusing awareness towards the area of the body being worked. Wear warm comfortable clothes to this class, it's the one style of yoga where you're encouraged to keep your socks on!
