Mobility Flow yoga is a type of yoga in which movement is synchronized to the breath. The breath acts as an compliment to the movement as you to flow from one pose to the next in time with an inhale or an exhale. Slowing down the flow will help you to maintain control of your breath and build strength, which in turn will greatly improve your flexibility. Expect hip, back and leg openers.
