Description
Pilates is a system of exercises designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture, and enhance mental awareness. Similar to Yoga in many ways, Pilates focuses on identifying and exercising targeted muscle groups whilst focusing on the breath. Pilates is commonly practiced with the use of additional equipment eg: exercise balls.
