Do you love Savasana? How would you like to enjoy a 30 minute Savasana as part of a night of yoga nidra with the amazing Geraldine Rush.
We will perform some pranayama to get your body into the optimal state to relax. During the 30 minute Nidra we will do a body scan and use some visualisations to get us into a very relaxed space. Yoga Nidra is also sometimes called Non Sleep Deep Rest (NSDR). It is a deeply relaxing practice, each part of your body softens, allowing you to drift deeper and deeper into softness in both your body and mind. Yoga nidra allows you to enter the deep states of conscious relaxation. It is a systematic practice of moving awareness from our external world to the inner world. It brings us to a state where our senses, intellect, and mind are calm and relaxed. The class will finish up with some more breath work and optional mantra chanting.
