Come join us at an absolutely beautiful location, Lough Ross in Crossmaglen. Theres plenty of parking and gorgeous views, it is one of my favourite places to practice yoga. The weather is looking good and we will have a flow yoga class that will be suitable for everyone. I will have some mats with me but if you have one it would be great if you can bring it along as well as a bottle of water and maybe a wee blanket for Shavasana.
