Cost £25
Members can come for £15 (a class is taken from your weekly allowance and you must pay a £10 deposit) You can book on MomoYoga using a pass as a deposit and pay the £15 balance on the day. This means if you have a 10 class pass you get a discount. You can cancel online up to 3 days before the event. Please advise of any dietary restrictions or food intolerances beforehand.
Yoga and Brunch is the perfect way to unwind and release all the tensions of the week and enjoy a restful Sunday morning. You are invited to slow down, breathe deeper, and take time just for yourself.
Start the day with a mindful yoga flow to help you stretch and relax the body and mind. After yoga, we will serve a tasty and nourishing feast while you connect to like-minded people and enjoy the craic and banter with your fellow yogis.
Lisa will guide you in a 1 hour 15 minute yoga flow with some yin postures towards the end of class, followed by an abundant, self serve brunch.
* 75 minute yoga session including 60 minutes movement, 15 minutes meditation, self reflection and everyone favourite posture Shavasana. All levels are welcome.
* A large choice of food, including hot drinks and fresh cold smoothies.
Spaces are limited to 10.
Join us for a deeply relaxing and unique experience. All levels welcome from beginner yogis to advanced. Head home feeling energised, relaxed and ready to take on the week
