Care for Caolan outdoor Coffee and Yoga event at the Square

The system has been configured to accept a "Care for Caolan" pass for any class in the studio until the 31st of July. To date (28th June) there has been more than 30 tickets sold so thanks to the generosity of my students, their friends and families; we have over 500 pound raised so far. I want to sell as many tickets as possible for this cause. If you buy a pass online I will give you a physical ticket which you can then trade in for a coffee at KIS at your convenience. If you've bought a physical ticket and you can't come to the outdoor class message me and I'll put a class pass on the system for you.
I've once again teamed up with the lovely people at KIS to organise an outdoor Yoga and Coffee morning, all the money raised at this even will go to the Care for Caolan fund to help him get the medical treatment he needs. Weather permitting we will do a one hour yoga class in the square in Crossmaglen. There is an area where cars cannot park and there are some grassy areas around if you need it a bit softer under your mat. Please take a mat if you have one but I will have some you can borrow if you need to. The class will be suitable for all levels and will be taught in the style of my popular Yoga for All style. After class we will take a stroll across the road and get get some coffee which is included in the price of your ticket. Hope to see you Sunday the 7th of July at 10am, there is plenty of parking around and if you have time brunch in KIS is delicious and highly recommended. This is a very worthy cause, Caolan was diagnosed with an aggressive form of brain cancer in August 2023 at the age of 20.
