This is a class to guide you in preparing both body and mind for birth. It will be given by Lisa Connolly ERYT500 During the classes you will learn safe and effective postures to strengthen and stretch in the most beneficial ways for you and your baby. The movements are simple and practical so you can use them in everyday life to feel more comfort and less stress. Suitable from 14 weeks on. To book this class buy a 6 week course for 55 pound and book the first class, I will then book you into all the rest of them. The number is limited to 10 participants only.
