Members come for Free
Non members can book on MomoYoga using a pass as a deposit and pay the balance on the day. Members can book in using their membership. You can cancel online up to 24 hours before the event. Please advise of any dietary restrictions or food intolerances beforehand. Yoga and Brunch is the perfect way to unwind and release all the tensions the Christmas season can bring and enjoy a restful Sunday morning. We invite you to slow down, breathe deeper, and take time just for yourself.
Start the day with a mindful yoga flow to help you stretch and relax the body and mind. After yoga, we will serve a tasty; nourishing feast while you connect to like-minded people and enjoy the craic and banter with your fellow yogis.
Lisa will guide you in a 1 hour yoga flow with some yin postures towards the end of class, followed by an abundant, self serve brunch.
* 60 minute yoga session including 10 minutes meditation, self reflection and everyone favourite posture Savasana. All levels are welcome.
* A large choice of food, including hot drinks.
Spaces are limited to 12
Join us for a deeply relaxing and unique experience. All levels welcome from beginner yogis to advanced. Head home feeling energised, relaxed and ready to take on the Christmas madness.
