Description

A creative, slower paced Vinyasa practice incorporating a full range of poses with modifications. This yoga aims to unwind your body and soothe your nervous system, opening you to more groundedness in your daily life. We use the breath throughout class to connect to the present moment. The focus can include heart opening backbends, unwinding tightness through hip openers and releasing the lower back through side body lengthening. We always end with a relaxing savasana. This class will reset your mind, body and spirit.
